Donation Boxes / Honor Boxes / Pay Poles / Money Poles / Trailhead Map Dispensers

In our current economic times, donations are always welcome for most agencies. Iron Rangers fee safes are a great way to encourage donations at all of these types of locations.

Here are a few examples of locations that use our collection safes as donation boxes:

Historical Sites, Parks, Dog Parks, Hiking trail heads, Points of Interest, Baseball/Softball fields just to name a few.

We are all used to seeing the attended parking lots and the pedestal mounted big box with dollar slots for each parking space.

Consider this:

  • Attended lots are expensive and present other limiting labor related concerns.
  • Numbered slot boxes are very vulnerable to theft and vandalism. Revenues are closely aligned to customer and employee honesty, with no visual check short of auditing funds received at any one time

Iron Rangers Fee Collection Equipment, Series FS836 or FS1236 with EB-1 Empty Envelope Boxes: This equipment allows lot owners to collect funds in numbered envelopes (with numbered stubs placed on dashboard, visual from outside).

Signage will call out fees per hour with driver estimating time there and listing time he entered lot. He is further instructed to deposit a second envelope if he is late, containing appropriate monies.

This system depends, partially on customer honesty, but to a far less extent than does slot boxes. Funds are secure, and in greater amounts.
